🤗 and, finally, one that resonated for me recently, the ability to put my customers' needs above my own – in other words, kindness and compassion and a genuine interest in my clients. An example: my car key stopped working in that strange betwixtmas period when nothing is open, and I desperately needed help. Not everyone was kind or helpful…but I will never forget the ones who were 🥰.
